FEELYUP collects only the information needed to provide support: your account details, the bookings you make, and any wellness information you choose to record.

Your journal and mood notes are encrypted and are visible only to you. Session notes written by your counsellor are encrypted and visible only to that counsellor, unless you explicitly consent to share them with a specialist you are referred to.

You can download all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings & privacy. Financial records are retained as required by Indian tax law.
