Cancellation & refund policy

Sessions: cancel more than 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded. If your counsellor cancels, you always receive a full refund.

Workshops and events: cancel before the refund cutoff shown on the event page for a full refund. If FEELYUP cancels an event, everyone is refunded in full.

Memberships: you can stop renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Membership fees are not refunded part-way through a period, except where required by law.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 working days.
